Ensure day-to-day management is conducted professionally and competently, supporting the Service Manager in delivering the best quality care. Lead a team, alongside other professionals, to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child. Record events and observations, prepare and implement care plans and records. Act as a positive role model to colleagues and children, fostering trusting relationships that promote recovery, growth, and lasting change.What You Need: Minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child-centered, therapeutic models. Excellent communication skills, natural caring demeanor, flexibility, and resilience. Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.
