Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices within the organization. What are we looking for in our next Senior Mechanical Engineer? Bachelor #39;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong proficiency in independent engineering judgment and decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams. Ability to perform shock/vibration analysis and hand calculations to support Engineering Lead and the ability to gather and analyse data to support complex mechanical designs.Desirable: Experience of complex mechanical engineering design, for example, rotating machinery, engine, or transmission components. Experience of using CAD design software, drafting, and tolerancing.
