Job title: Teaching Assistant Opportuity Location: Redhill - 15 Minutes from East Croydon Station / 30 Minutes from Clapham Junction Position: Full Time Introduction Fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistant role No qualifications required but work experience with children plus a passion to work with primary school children desired. Aquinas Education are actively working with a wonderful primary school in the Redhill area who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children. About the role Aquinas Education are currently looking for Teaching Assistant at a superb primary school with great support and leadership. Your responsibilities will include: * Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks and access learning within the classroom. * Supporting teachers with pupils who may have Special Educational Needs and helping them understand tasks. * Supervising group activities, and leading smaller learning groups. * Working on a 1:1 basis with pupils who need the extra help and support. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working within a school environment, or some understanding of working with children.
