About the Role and Person 17.5 hours per week Permanent Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you: As a Specialist Housing Partner you rsquo;ll provide a high quality, efficient, effective housing and support service to customers that live in our Specialist Housing Schemes including Independent Living Schemes, enabling them to feel safe and supported to live well and independently for as long as possible. With a focus on building management, tenancy management and keeping tenants safe in their homes, you rsquo;ll provide comprehensive support including support planning at critical points and ensure any issues are resolved in the first instance whilst maintaining professional boundaries. What you rsquo;ll bring: Previous experience of delivering a quality housing management service within a specialist or generic housing context. Ability to work under pressure and thriving on challenges to achieve positive outcomes for customers while maintaining accuracy and high performance. You will be flexible in your approach to work, including where you work (different schemes or attend training further afield) and when you work (sometimes we may need to work outside of usual office hours). #x202F; Must have access to your own transport for business use (and appropriate license). Location The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our scheme in Camberley. We rsquo;re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home, as long as we meet our customer rsquo;s needs. We rsquo;ll provide you with the equipment and software that you rsquo;ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider. Salary The spot salary for this post is GBP16,240 per annum (FTE GBP32,480 per annum) for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary. What will you get from us?
