Asbestos Surveyor. Scotland. Up to GBP35,000 per year (DOE) + company vehicle. DKF are on the lookout for an Asbestos Surveyor to join one of our clients to cover the Scotland region. With over 20 years rsquo; experience they are one of the leading asbestos risk management companies in the UK. Offering a full range of services including training, consultancy, asbestos management, surveys, asbestos removal and project management. Regularly completing large scale projects in the construction, retail and education sectors, including sites within universities, high street stores local the NHS, schools, and restaurant/pub chains. What your core responsibilities would be: * Carrying out thorough asbestos surveys in various sites including commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Perform visual inspections, collect samples, and accurately record data to assess the presence and condition of any asbestos present. * To provide quality services and information to clients, must have knowledge of all current asbestos health and safety regulations and ensure this is maintained. * Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients. To be considered for the Asbestos Surveyor role you must meet the following criteria: * Must hold BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualifications. * At least 12 months experience working in a similar role on all types of buildings. * Good Health and Safety practices. * Understand and follow current UKAS legislation and practices. * Must be IT competent, in order to compile and maintain accurate reports. * Flexibility to travel around Scotland to carry out required Asbestos Surveys and related tasks. * Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
