Accounts Administrator | Knutsford, Cheshire | Monday to Friday 9am-4pm | GBP22,000 - GBP28,000 per annum + Commission Our client, a family-run business operating Residential and Holiday Park Resorts, is looking for a proactive and well-organised individual to join their team as an Administrator. Shifts typically run from 9am to 4pm, predominantly office-based with occasional travel to holiday parks to explore sales opportunities. Are you the right person for the role? Handling financial tasks efficiently using Xero software Processing payments promptly and managing direct debit transactions Proficiently manage and update spreadsheets to ensure accurate data Utilising various computer programs and tools for daily tasks Assisting with clerical tasks such as copying, typing, and filing documents Managing mail shots and promptly responding to emails Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and management Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries effectively Executing mail merge tasks for efficient communication with clients Generating and managing invoices accurately and on time Uploading invoices to online payment portal Assisting potential new clients with enquiries in order to draw revenue to the park What can you expect in return?
