Associate town planner

Job Title: Associate Director Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in-office) Salary: GBP55,000 to GBP85,000 (dependent on experience) Are you looking to take that next step in your planning career and wanting to work with a well established consultancy? I am working with a multidisciplinary consultancy who are looking for senior town planners and associate town planners to join their growing team, driving urban development and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: middot;Lead planning processes from inception to completion. middot;Advise teams, clients, and stakeholders on planning matters. middot;Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals. middot;Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies. middot;Collaborate with professionals to develop integrated solutions. middot;Manage project budgets and timelines. Requirements: middot;Degree in Town Planning or related field; RTPI membership preferred. middot;Minimum 5 years #39; planning experience in consultancy or local government. middot;Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy frameworks. middot;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. middot;Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
