Warehouse Operative, Hitchin GBP23,500 DOE The warehouse operative will take responsibility for managing the inbound and outbound operation processes and systems that keep the supply chain flowing effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities: - * Control the stock of shipping supplies. * Processing orders and planning the dispatching of goods ensuring that the processes are completed as per the agreed KPI rsquo;s. * Maintain warehouse admin function (Protean, Excel, Dispatcher, DPD, Outlook) * Ensure that weekly audit of dispatch areas is completed. * Liaise with the team, engineers and transport companies when required. * Make sure inventories are accurate. * Maintain lsquo;no goods on the floor rsquo; policy. * Maintain a daily stock check. Key KPIs * Ensure warehouse is kept clean and tidy as per the agreed standards. * Ensure the spare parts and machine stock is stored as per the agreed LEAN standards. * Ensure all stock issues, picking, goods receiving and other WH processes are completed by agreed deadlines. * Ensure all courier shipments are dispatched as per the schedule.
