Description The Trainee Accounts Assistant will cover the following: middot; Daily cashbook reconciliations for all currencies. Including but not limited to loading payment files, customer receipting, banking cheques. middot; Management of Time at Work process, Including but not limited to, Group time booking, time transfers, closing jobs, monthly rate adjustments, new employees. middot; Administrator for the timesheet system including monthly reconciliation. middot; Posting all sales made and reconciling weekly to money received into the bank. middot; Reconciliation of FDMS, AMEX cash accounts. middot; Download of Monthly Barclaycard statement and csv file that is checked and uploaded for processing by cardholders. middot; Petty cash administration and reconciliation. middot; All UK currency bank reconciliations. middot; Cover for overseas and UK month end activities. middot; General support to Finance function. Profile A successful Trainee Accounts Assistant should have: A desire to work within Accountancy and Finance Ideally a background in a similar role or via a course such as AAT or Degree Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Job Offer A competitive yearly salary in the range of GBP21,500 - GBP23,000.
