Receptionist

Receptionist Swindon Salary is dependent on experience Monday to Friday - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with frac12; an hour unpaid lunch. Every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon. Experience in the automotive industry is essential! We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our busy client in their Swindon Dept. * You will be a key member at the heart of their operation. * To ensure that service administration duties within the Swindon Depot are controlled and processed to a high standard to include excellent customer satisfaction. * This is a busy hands-on role, which offers a wide range of duties such as planning of schedule servicing, tachos and MOT bookings, job creation, obtaining and updating of order numbers, creation of night board, liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced, retail invoice costing. * You must be enthusiastic with a dynamic personality who will share the energy and passion and contribute to their ongoing success. * You must have an excellent telephone manner and computer skills. * You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within the industry. * Full training will be given.
