The ideal candidate for this Team Leader position will come from a military background, looking to join a business that promote from within, and support you both personally and professionally. Your duties as a Team Leader middot; Managing shift start-up briefs middot; Managing the day-to-day activities of the team middot; Delegating tasks middot; Managing area clean downs once production is completed middot; Upholding communication with operators middot; Manage, motivate, and co-ordinate your team to deliver outstanding performance middot; Solve Problems middot; Escalate any issues to your line manager The ideal Team Leader candidate middot; Has a military background middot; Comfortable managing multiple team members middot; Experience in holding team members accountable middot; Strong administration skills middot; Ability to think ahead and prevent issues arising Important information middot; Location: Sutton Coldfield middot; Salary: GBP14 per hour, with overtime available middot; Flexible working Schedule
