Working with clients and our internal teams, your main responsibility will be to identify and secure new business growth and repeat business in existing new accounts across the Pharma, Med Tech and Bio Tech industries. Additional responsibilities of our Business Development Manager includes: * BDM is responsible for monthly and annual target achievement for the MCM portfolio * Develops and maintains a deep and wide knowledge of the accounts and is able to understand their priorities and needs, turning them into business opportunities; * Anticipate clients rsquo; needs, develops and presents proposed solutions to client #39;s complex business issues; * Based on long term relationship with client, act as an adviser * Originates and manages the development of large deals with clients for their solution * Timely updates CRM platform with regard to opportunity pipeline and call plan * Constantly monitors client satisfaction and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction * Works with the wider HSJ business to ensure cross selling and upselling If this sounds like you, and you #39;re looking for a new challenge, submit your application and see where it takes you.
