Power platform developer

The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for working with business stakeholders from service areas and Technology and Digital Services to design, build and deliver a series of high-quality solutions to support our adoption of PowerApps across Council. The role will be responsible for scoping, designing, developing, and maintaining solutions utilising Microsoft Power Platform and the Modern Data Platform, having a tangible impact on how our services function, ultimately improving the lives of residents. This role has been created to develop a Digital Contract Management System for Children and Adults Commissioning and will need to work closely alongside the Children and Adults Systems Team (ChAd) to ensure the finished solution can transition to business as usual maintenance and management within the team. This post has no management responsibilities. Project management of this piece of work will sit with a separate project manager. #x2981; Work closely with council service areas to identify issues, current challenges and use power platform technologies to propose solutions for effective decision making, leading on workshops and stakeholder engagement #x2981; Act as the product owner and provide support to council staff and IT colleagues in use of Power Apps, Power Bi and the council #39;s Modern Data Platform #x2981; Identify, design and build solutions to grow the council #39;s use of Power Apps. #x2981; Provide best practice advice and support in relation to the use of Power Platform technologies, being an SME. #x2981; Work with the TDS Team and council departments to understand stakeholders requirements and how power platform and associated technology can be used to solve business challenges. #x2981; Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level and grade of the post as may be requested from time to time
