Childrens Regiestered manager required Please apply or send your CV to (url removed) We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of the children #39;s home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting the welfare and development of children in our care. Key Responsibilities: #x25CF; Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children #39;s home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support. #x25CF; Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. #x25CF; Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. #x25CF; Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, including Ofsted regulations and National Minimum Standards for Children #39;s Homes. #x25CF; Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being, safety, and development of children and young people. #x25CF; Establish and maintain effective communication channels with children, families, external agencies, and other stakeholders. #x25CF; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care provision, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Qualifications and Experience: #x25CF; Registered Manager qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management forResidential Childcare or equivalent). #x25CF; Previous experience in a managerial role within a children #39;s residential setting (3 yearminimum) #x25CF; Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines. #x25CF; Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff teams. #x25CF; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. #x25CF; Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
