Financial administrator

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Financial Administrator to join a growing administration team within a key Financial Services client based in the heart of Belfast. You will be supporting the administration and management of complaint cases and DSAR (data subject access requests) and ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of sensitive information. Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hr week working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, on a hybrid model of 2 days in the office each week. Hands on training will be provided in office for the first 2 weeks so you will be confident with systems and providing exceptional administrative support. Key responsibilities as a Financial Administrator: Manage your own case load to complete cases in a timely manner. Complete cases by gathering the available evidence and data. Update and capture relevant data to the case management system accurately. Provide accurate responses in a timely and professional manner. Follow company processes and procedures at all times. Adhere to Financial Services Authority and Information Commissioner rsquo;s Office guidelines at all times.
