Cost Estimation and Analysis: bull; Work closely with senior quantity surveyors to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for high-end bespoke apartment projects. bull; Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and provide recommendations to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints. 2. Contract Administration: bull; Assist in the preparation and administration of construction contracts. bull; Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions. 3. Budget Management: bull; Monitor project budgets, identifying and addressing any potential cost overruns or deviations. bull; Support in the development of budget forecasts and financial reports. 4. Quantity Takeoffs: bull; Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs to support accurate material and labour estimates. bull; Collaborate with project stakeholders to validate and refine quantity calculations. 5. Tendering and Procurement: bull; Assist in the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documentation and analysis of contractor submissions. bull; Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services. Qualifications and Requirements: bull; Bachelor #39;s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. bull; Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects. bull; Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimating, and quantity surveying principles. bull; Proficient in relevant software and tools, including MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software. bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
