Facade manager

Net Temps are currently recruiting for an experienced Facade Manager to work on a multi million pound high rise construction project in Birmingham. This is a long term post and offers the opportunity to work on an interesting scheme with a reputable contractor. Roles Responsibilities of Facade Manager Demonstrated track record as a Facade Manager within high-rise multi-room construction projects Comprehensive understanding of facades systems, materials, and contemporary fire regulation standards Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines Performing regular inspections of the construction site Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment Organising work schedules Checking work techniques are correct and safe Managing orders and deliveries of building materials Assisting project managers with planning work activities Completing site reports and other records Attending site management meetings Attending client meetings Toolbox talks Remuneration for this Facade Manager post is GBP270 per day / CIS Net Temps supplies temporary, freelance and permanent labour to the construction, precast and manufacturing industries across the UK.
