To deliver mandatory and compliance based training as required by the MEH Alliance workforce at HPC. Accountable for: middot; Working with the L D and H S teams to plan, prepare and deliver a range of training to contribute towards ensuring the MEH Alliance workforce remain compliant. middot; Delivery of training to new starts joining the MEH Alliance, including inductions and behavioural safety training. middot; Delivery of a range of H S specific related training, awareness and briefings to blue collar workers and apprentices. middot; The design and development of specific project related training as required. middot; Participation in train the trainer activity and CPD. middot; Tracking and recording of training completion information, with support of the wider L D team. middot; Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. middot; Liaise with MEH JV partner organisations on training activity and resources. middot; Attendance and contribution to relevant HPC training working groups. middot; Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. middot; Assist with development and implementation of eLearning courses. middot; Providing metrics and reporting to stakeholders as required. Additional appropriate ad hoc duties as agreed with line manager. Minimum Qualifications/ Experience * A recognised teaching qualification or previous experience of delivering workplace training. * A NEBOSH qualification is desirable. * ADT Level 3 Qualification * Minimum of 3 years rsquo; occupational experience * Competent in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word. * Experience of working in the Engineering Construction industry would be desirable. * Skilled at developing strong relationships within large organisations. Not Necessity but ideally * LaTS course and hold a LaTS card * CCNSG/ECITB Safety Passport Attributes * Strong team player with a flexible, approachable style of working with others to achieve successful outcomes. * Good at building relationships internally and externally. * Flexible and adaptable with good organisational skills. * An ability to work accurately and to high levels of detail. * Able to manage a busy workload and multiple priorities. * Clear communicator and facilitator at all organisation levels. * Resilient character, with ability to challenge others.
