Working alongside clinical teams, you might be working with individuals who have complex healthcare conditions, and you will be delivering a programme of smoking cessation support which will start in hospital and follow on into the community after discharge. You will manage relationships with other healthcare professionals and also provide training and support to other members of staff, as well as being involved in promotional healthcare events, and be part of reviewing and improving services.
