Continuous Improvement Support Admin Barrow in Furness Based GBP65.98 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35 12 Month Contract initially. This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK #39;s leading Defence organisations based In Barrow in Furness. Remote working 1 day per week. A key element of the role will involve working closely with a variety of stakeholders supported by clear communication and engagement plans. Responsible for the successful delivery of specific elements of improvement project tracking, with more freedom of scope coming as experience develops. Requirement also to assist in the development of functional capability training, coaching and mentoring for the wider Operational Excellence Function in some specific toolsets and best practice. Knowledge: Working understanding of Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma Working Knowledge of Project Management principles Change Management Skills: Excellent presentation skills A strong team player across a range of circumstances Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and teams Ability to motivate individuals and teams to embrace change and drive improvement Ability to understand and break down complex issues and communicate to a variety of stakeholders For more information please contact Lauren Morley at JAM Recruitment or click apply
