The Role: As a Year 4 Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying a strong foundation for our students #39; educational journey. You will be responsible for providing a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community. Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school events.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4, is desirable but not essential. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
