Field service engineer

Service Engineer Gateshead Salary GBP38,000 - GBP42,000 (OTE up to GBP50,000) Position Overview : CRS are currently working with an industry leading North East based company to help them find their newest team members. As a member of the engineering team, you will be delivering the highest level of service to their customers as a Service and Maintenance Engineer. Your role will consist of inspecting, servicing, repairing and maintaining equipment across a range of industries. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance across multiple sites within the area Be able to confidently identify and fault find without technical drawings Repair and service customers machinery Be able to provide customers with advice on safety and operational improvements Qualifications and Experience: Electro-mechanically trained (electrically bias ideally) A strong electrical background would be beneficial Understanding and knowledge of electrical drawings would be an advantage Comfortable working at height (essential) Valid UK Driving License Excellent fault finding experience LEEA qualifications would be advantageous but not essential Salary and Benefits: GBP38-42,000 Plus OTE Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm + overtime 33 days holiday including bank holidays Life Assurance Company vehicle fuel including personal allowance Company mobile phone On going training (IPAF, FLT, Working at heights etc) If you are a Service engineer who is looking for their next opportunity with a growing and forward thinking company, please apply or call Sara on (phone number removed) for more information
