Production manager

Production Manager CGBP55,000 plus car allowance, 10% bonus, pension and life assurance The job purpose We are looking for an experienced Production manager, who has a first time right approach, focuses on the input and output whilst maintaining a high level of quality and safety. You will need to have 3 years in production management and have the ability to impact change. The duties * Ensure that agreed production targets and schedules are met in areas of control. * Maximise production uptime by correct use of the standard procedures. * Ensures that products are produced on time and are of good quality also that safety disciplines are maintained. * Maintain the drive for continuous improvement by exceeding KPI rsquo;s. * Implement and maintain health, safety and environmental systems within the department including MAPP (Major Accident Prevention Policy). * Participate in the development and training of all departmental staff. * Conduct the company Performance Review programme. * Maintain/develop internal customer/supplier relationships. The experience required * Minimum 3 years management experience gained in production manufacturing is essential ideally from one the of following sectors Chemicals, Food industry, liquid flow, process flow * Knowledge of mechanical processing systems and equipment including pumps, piping, manifolds and valve a plus * Strong engagement skills to lead and develop your team Are you experience in this field and looking for your next role then look no further; this Global manufacturing company has an established team and a stable order book they offer an excellent benefits package.
