My client is a well known name within the office/ commercial furniture market. Duties and Responsibilities: Raising quotations for clients Requesting quotations and pricing from suppliers Putting together cost plans Handling customer requests Raising Purchase Orders Chasing Order acknowledgements/outbound quality feedback calls Maintaining good customer relations Answering customer #39;s telephone queries Producing Furniture Presentation documents Logistical planning Filling of project files Profile bull; Numerate with good working knowledge of Excel / Powerpoint / Word bull; Understanding numeric data bull; Being proactive and flexible bull; Meeting deadlines bull; Highly organised bull; Courteous and professional bull; Confident bull; Attention to detail bull; Experience working in a fast-paced environment bull; Excellent communication and time-management skills bull; The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities bull; Excellent Telephone skills Experience * Working in a busy and varied environment with exposure to pressurised sales support * Exposure to sales support databases * Experience of the furniture industry essential * Experience with communication with all levels of people, including clients and suppliers * Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. * Must have the capability to learn and master new order management systems * Experience in Sales Support within the interior sector is desirable Benefits 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays Private Health single Membership Retail Discount Scheme Death in Service Employee Assistance Programme Company Pension
