We are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The role We are looking for a Recruitment Copnsultant to be involved with both permanent and contract recruitment for existing clients with a view to working on our portfolio of current open vacancies. You will be sourcing new candidates and consulting with clients on producing shortlists of high quality candidates, as well as organising interviews and negotiating starts. About you Ideally you will be a Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 years experience who is looking for an opportunity to grow your career quickly by demonstrating your desire to become an expert in your field and to exceed your targets. You will be confident and capable and determined to earn excellent commission and bonuses through your hard work. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary (negotiable) and will have an OTE individually tailored to your expectations.
