The Opportunity They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Risk Manager to spearhead their risk management division. As a pivotal member of they team, you will oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tailored risk management solutions to safeguard their interests and drive sustainable growth. Alongside client management you will oversee the team and ensure the division is achieving it rsquo;s targets. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of talented risk management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. * Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to address the evolving needs of our diverse client base. * Conduct in-depth risk assessments and analysis to identify potential exposures and opportunities for risk mitigation. * Collaborate closely with account executives and regional offices to deliver exceptional service and support to clients on a national scale. * Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to proactively advise clients and enhance risk management practices. What rsquo;s needed for me to be considered? * Previous experience in risk management, insurance, or related field, with a proven track record of success in servicing corporate clients. * Professional Certifications ndash; Cert CII, NEBOSH, CMIOSH, TIFireE, MARRM, IIRSM * Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated expertise across a broad spectrum of industries, with the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs and challenges of different sectors What next?
