Quantity surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: West London Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract and a background in construction, infrastructure, or finance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities and cost estimates. Review and analyse tenders from contractors and subcontractors. Track changes to design and construction work, adjusting budget projections accordingly. Measure and value the work done on-site. Liaise with clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers. Ensure that projects meet legal and quality standards. Report on financial performance to senior management.Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts. Background in construction, infrastructure, or finance. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
