We are looking for a Property Finance Manager to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis: Key responsibilities middot; Managing and developing the Property Financial Accountant and Property Financial Assistant middot; Monthly CAPEX and OPEX reconciliation in liaison with Finance Department, providing detailed Reports on CAPEX spend. middot; Attend property AGM meetings on behalf of the Client. middot; Partner with satellite estates to offer financial advice. middot; Authorise purchase orders and purchase requests. middot; Review property TV licences and ensure valid licenses held for all properties. middot; Balance petty cash and complete cash request when necessary, providing monthly reports. middot; Authorise all new property suppliers. middot; Check/Query all project invoices/ process Special Payment Requests. middot; Review property insurances and ensure all properties are adequately covered. middot; Responsible for all property-related matters for UK, Europe and overseas properties. middot; Review and maintain all leases and property contracts and ensure the organisation is adequately protected. middot; Maintain a Fixed Asset Register for Plant Machinery. middot; Maintain a Vehicle Register for appropriate motor vehicles, including tractors and other off-road vehicles. middot; Review Contracts for All Rental properties and review rents, on a monthly basis. middot; Liaise with suppliers and contractors and other Corporate personnel. middot; Verifying suppliers are paid on a timely basis especially Utility Companies. middot; Organise work schedules for overseas employees in properties. Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities middot; Proven experience in a similar management role middot; Educated to degree level middot; Fully Qualified Accountant (ACMA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE middot; Strong numerical accuracy middot; Staff Management experience middot; Ability to speak French would be advantage but not essential Personal Attributes middot; Flexible and adaptable attitude middot; Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines middot; Ability to work independently and in a team middot; Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels middot; High attention to detail middot; Strong organisation skills middot; Trustworthy/Honest middot; Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. middot; Highly conscientious and hardworking middot; Prepared to be flexible in terms of working hours and contact ability APPLY NOW
