We are working with a lovely Special Educational Needs school who are looking for people who are enthusiastic about supporting the academic and holistic learning of children aged 3-11 years with Learning Difficulties and Complex Needs on a full-time basis. For the SEN Learning Support Assistant role, you will be: Supporting students with SLD and complex needs on either a 1:1 or small group basis. Implementing different strategies to cater for various learning abilities and behaviours. Helping the class teacher and rest of team where necessary. Ensuring students have a safe and positive learning environment. Interacting with colleagues positively. This Special School has a warm and welcoming environment whose senior management team and staff work happily together as a big family. You #39;d be working 5 days a week from 8.30am to 3.30pm in a supportive and nurturing school who go above and beyond to provide the best support to students and their families.
