Most of our Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant roles are working 1:1 with different children with different needs such as Autism, ADHD, and Learning difficulties. Teacher Assistant (SEN) role: Help students with classroom tasks Provide emotional and behavioural support Create a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment Assist with pupil supervision, including before and after school activities Build a trusting relationship with all pupils and communicate according to their understanding.
