Key Account Advisor GBP25,500 Leeds 100% Office based Opportunity Our client is one of the country rsquo;s fastest growing bathroom distribution companies. Due to growth, they are looking for a Key Account Advisor. Based in Leeds they are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager. This role would be suited to someone who has B2B Bathroom sales experience. There is an opportunity to progress into a Field Sales role for the right candidate. Duties - Putting orders on to the system, mainly via email - Dealing with all associated queries - particularly deliveries, liaising with logistics daily regarding updates on proof od delivery - First point of contact for clients over the phone regarding orders placed, also advising the customers on the products - Answering queries and dealing with issues/concerns - Keeping up to date with brochure/product launches - Having a good understanding and knowledge of the products range, and having the ability to answer queries customers may have - Building rapport with new clients - Proactive in resolving any issues and keeping customers informed of issues/deliveries Experience Required Previous customer service experience is essential, ideally from a bathroom customer service background Excellent telephone manner Great attention to detail Experience in handling a high volume of calls IT proficient Worked in a busy and pressurised environment Can work on own initiative To apply for the Key Account Advisor role, please send your CV and we will review and make contact with you immediately.
