ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER NORTH BRISTOL (HYBRID) cGBP75k DOE Gi Pro are delighted to be partnering with a technologically advanced manufacturing company to recruit a Project Manager. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to manage the full project life cycle. THE ROLE: As a Project Manager you will be required to: Work on multiple projects simultaneously Manage project activities from concept through to handover to production Coordinate Design, Pre-production and Validation activities Organise project activities including planning, organising, monitoring and reporting status updates Create project timing plans and milestones Regularly review progress against set targets Ensure corrective actions are implemented to enable successful project delivery Manage project changes, liaising with customers and colleagues Identify improvement opportunities Work in a cross functional team Motivating team to ensure optimum performance levels Travel domestically and internationally (15%)THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Project Manager: Degree educated in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent Proven track record of managing projects at component level within a manufacturing business Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings Background in NPD processes and DFSS tools Excellent planning and organisation skills Strong commercial acumen and business awareness Ability to communicate and engage with people across all levels PRINCE 2 qualified (beneficial)BENEFITS: GBP65k - GBP75k 10% Annual Bonus Life Assurance Perkbox Discounts Corporate Employee Assistance programme Contributory Pension Scheme Internal progression To be a part of an innovative and technologically advanced company 25 Days Annual Leave Statutory HolidaysHOW TO APPLY: To be considered for this role, please click on the link provided.
