Team administrator part time

WE Talent are working with our client who are looking for a Part-Time Team Administrator to join their team. * Monday to Friday * 20 hours per week 9 am until 1 pm (or 9.30 am until 1.30 pm) * Permanent * Office based Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and attending meetings * Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed * Maintain accurate records and databases and produce reports and supply requests for information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality * Assist the team with projects as required * Manage incoming and outgoing post duties * Email and diary management Requirements * Previous administrative/secretarial experience is essential * Experience working within financial services or a similar FCA regulated industry is preferred * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * Proficient in Microsoft office * Strong communication and relationship building skills The package * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata) * Free parking * Company pension * Great company events and team building Please note this is an onsite role - no remote working available If you have a proactive approach and are looking for a busy, varied role please apply now!
