Our client based in Reading is looking to recruit a Surface Mount Operator to join their busy facility. Our client is a Contract Electronic Manufacturing Test Services company, who put staff at the heart of what they achieve. Purpose and Key responsibilities: * The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced modern clean environment. * The ability to manage a varied workload and operate with minimal supervision. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Resilience, with the ability to work under pressure. * Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills * The ability to adhere to standards and procedures. Recommended Technical Experience and Qualifications: * Operating Surface Mount PCB assembly equipment preferably Samsung equipment but not essential * Previous experience of working in an Electronics Manufacturing environment * Previous experience of PCB and Electronic assembly
