Please find the below job description: Role: Project Coordinator Location: Onsite / Midlands - UK Must have Skills: bull; Experience of working in a project support / coordinator role, ideally in an electrical, or engineering environment. bull; Experience or knowledge of the lsquo;Agile rsquo; project management framework. bull; Experience of change management or driving process improvement. bull; The ability to learn how to differentiate between the project management and technical content elements of the role. bull; To be dependable, results-driven, with a customer-first mindset. bull; The ability to communicate at all levels and convey complex ideas. bull; To be an effective team player who supports colleagues to deliver shared objectives. bull; Proficiency in Microsoft software and experience in use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. bull; The ability to respond to change and adapt to change in priorities. Key Responsibilities bull; Provide effective administrative assistance to projects, utilising project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs support the achievement of strategic business objectives. bull; Assist in the planning and organising of operational meetings, agile ceremonies and events. bull; Coordinate the reporting of key project metrics, using tools including Tableau and Jira. bull; Use project management tools to support and promote efficient project delivery. bull; Coordinate opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, across the area and support in defining best practices. bull; Promote and drive the implementation of Agile processes, tools and techniques.
