M e surveyor building services engineer

TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a building services consultancy, who are looking to add an M E surveyor to a role carrying out surveys on the commercial portfolio of a transportation company. The role involves a survey of all sites in the region within the portfolio and the mechanical and electrical assets within them, planned to commence in May, lasting approximately 6/8 weeks in duration, with the likelihood of further continuity of work to follow . The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the public sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using the client rsquo;s own in-house software on a portable tablet.
