With a heavy emphasis on qualifications and expertise, we are seeking candidates who possess: * A minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in educational theory and practice. * Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with students aged 11-16, and a strong understanding of classroom dynamics and student support strategies. * Proficiency in literacy and numeracy, with the ability to provide targeted support to students in these areas and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. * Flexibility and adaptability, with a proactive approach to supporting teachers and students in a variety of classroom settings and activities. * A passion for education and a commitment to continuous professional development, with a desire to contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning practices within the school.
