About The Mechanical Design Engineer Role The Mechanical Design Engineer will play a pivotal role in the design and development of automation projects, working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for ensuring the successful realisation of design concepts into functional and efficient mechanical systems. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for: #39; #39; Developing detailed mechanical designs for automation projects. #39; #39; Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements. #39; #39; Utilizing CAD software to create 3D models and 2D drawings. #39; #39; Performing structural analysis and simulations to validate design concepts. #39; #39; Selecting appropriate materials and components for mechanical systems. #39; #39; Ensuring designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. #39; #39; Providing technical support during the manufacturing and assembly process. #39; #39; Contributing to design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
