Job Role: Providing behavioural and pastoral support for a year group. Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on improving behaviours and personal development and attainment. Effectively communicating with parents, carers and outside agencies. Working with a small team of experienced Head of Years and pastoral staff to provide outstanding support for all students. Attending safeguarding meetings with the DSL and safeguarding team.
