This is a great opportunity for an highly skillked and competent administrator to join this charity based in Stratford upon Avon. The successful Administrator will be experienced in all office duties, including taking meeting minutes. Hours are 8.30am-4.30pm and there is a super benefits package, after qualifying probationary period. Key duties of the Administrator include:- * Managing phone calls and correspondence * Updating literature and forms * Taking minutes of meetings * Communicating extensively with stakeholders * Database management * Providing comprehensive administrative support to all areas of the organisation The successful Administrator will have:- * Experience of working in a busy office * Experience of using systems for data entry and reporting * Experience of taking minutes in meetings * High standards of accuracy, record keeping and attention to detail * GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above * Eligibiliyto live and work in the UK without restriction
