You will lead behaviour and attendance to support our students in securing the very best outcomes. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of school improvement, within a Pastoral area. As a calm and reflective leader, you will have the skills to build the capacity of our very able Leadership Team. We welcome applications from experienced leaders and exceptional teachers, regardless of subject area, though expertise in English, Maths, or Science would be desirable.
