ABOUT THE COMPANY CDM Consultant Property Construction Consultancy Salary: Up to GBP50,000 p/a (Negotiable for the right candidate) Kent An independent Property Construction consultancy firm are seeking a CDM Consultant to join their expanding team. They focus on high quality construction projects for a wide range of notable clients. The CDM Consultant will provide comprehensive advice for commercial, residential, and public sectors. The successful CDM Consultant will be joining an organisation who have built a strong reputation across the UK with their clients. ABOUT THE ROLE About the role: The responsibilities of the CDM Consultant includes: * Offering guidance on health and safety aspects throughout the design and planning phases of every project * Informing clients about their obligations under the CDM regulations during the pre-construction phase * Serving as the primary contact for all health and safety-related information * Evaluating all design proposals concerning health and safety * Mitigating and managing potential risks through effective communication with designers REWARDS AND BENEFITS About the salary: * Up to GBP50,000 * Generous annual leave entitlement If you are a Consultancy based CDM Consultant of any level and seeking a new role, please contact Steve Willis at Cityscape.
