Role: -Operations Manager/General Manager Contractor Testing Site Location: -Hitchin Salary: - Competitive day rate Type: -Outside of IR35 contract for a minimum of 6 months Working Hours: - Monday - Friday (fully onsite / site based) My client is looking for an headstrong #39; individual with a strong operational background. Due to the nature of the company, this individual may come from a Chemical, Testing, Heavy Engineering or ATEX/Safety background. The individual must have had exposure to health and safety, quality, and processes. The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months, with the chance of extension or has the potential to go permanent The Role bull; Management of staff onsite bull; Dealing with Quality processes bull; Being involved with Health and Safety on site bull; Responsible for associated budgets and budget planning/ forecasting bull; Ensuring targets are met The Person bull; Previous experience working within a Chemical, Engineering, Testing/Lab or ATEX/Safety environment at a high level (Operations Manager etc). bull; Must have strong emotional intelligence bull; Previous management experience at higher level bull; Calm composure bull; Previous experience within H S, Quality and Processes. bull; The ideal candidate will have worked based qualifications (ATEX, NEBOSH, Six Sigma etc) bull; Strong statistical analysis and budgeting skills Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
