Eyfs teaching assistant

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work at a local partnership School in Tipton. This role would be in Early Years (EYFS) and would be a full-time role. Their aim is to provide all pupils with the skills, experiences and values required to become lifelong learner. Responsibilities will include preparing resources, setting up activities and observing the children within the classroom, carrying out small group interventions and assisting the class teacher with behavioural management. This Early Years Teaching Assistant vacancy is a full-time position working Monday to Friday starting after ASAP and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year. Required skills and experience for this Teaching Assistant role: Level 3 or above in a relevant Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) qualification. Previous experience working in Early Years (EYFS) within the UK. Confident conducting small group interventions, and 1:1 observation on children within the classroom.
