We are working with a successful financial services organisation in Altrincham to recruit for an IFA Administrator to join their growing administration function. Client Details This is a very successful firm has a number of various companies specialising in different aspects of financial services, including financial advice, insurance, pensions, mortgages among others, supporting private clients and companies through the UK. Based in a great location in Altrincham, this chartered firm have established and reputable people working there, which will be the perfect environment for a progressive IFA Administrator to develop their career in the finance world. Description As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for: Processing new business for advisers/planners, completing trades/fund switches, liaising with product providers and ensuring new business is administered correctly Administration support for valuations, transfers and client reviews in preparation for client meetings Liaising with client and advisers with updates, changes and all matters relating to their financial matters Maintaining the accuracy of client data on the system, ensuring all compliance regulations are being met Invoicing clients for work completed Providing policy documents to client where appropriate Providing administration support to advisers following meetings with clients with agreed timescales Highlighting breaches or complaints to the Compliance Manager as quick as possibleProfile To be successful in this role, you must have: Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm Knowledge of financial products and funds Experience of report writing, valuations and appraisals would be ideal Strong administration skill set Great communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal Relevant qualifications include Certificate in Financial Services/Planning Job Offer As IFA Administrator, you will get: GBP30,000 salary 23 days holiday rising to 25 with options to buy more, as well as birthday off Study support for professional development Pension contribution Work from home 2 days a week once probation completed Healthcare Great environment to learn and develop Death in service Annual discretionary bonus scheme Social events and awards Special training and development programmes/opportunities
