Job Description: As a Customer Service Associate at Benchmark Capital, you #39;ll be the frontline contact for financial advisors and consumers. Your role includes: middot;Confidently handling KYC Due Diligence processes, SLA reporting, Client MI Transactions, and Support Issue Resolution. middot;Addressing queries in line with established processes. middot;Taking ownership of queries till resolution. middot;Mastering Financial Services market platforms. middot;Proactively seeking solutions and offering feedback. middot;Contributing in team meetings and ensuring customer satisfaction against SLAs. Requirements: Essential: middot;Advocate for Treating Customers Fairly principles. middot;Strong phone etiquette and handling challenging calls. middot;Willingness to learn and adapt. middot;Meticulous attention to detail. middot;Ability to work autonomously and in a team. middot;Outstanding communication skills, written and oral. middot;Organized with rapid rapport-building skills.
