Estimator ndash; Build / Civils Newcastle GBP45,000 to GBP55,000 + Car allowance Are you an Estimator looking for a fresh challenge? Are you from a build / civils background? TS Recruitment are actively working with a build and civils Contractor based on the outskirts of Newcastle who are looking to recruit an Estimator to join the family business. Benefits * Basic salary circa GBP45-55,000 per annum * Car allowance GBP400 per month * 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * 3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions Job Role Responsibilities: * Work closely with the Senior Estimator, Finance director and MD. * Carry out Estimates and submit tenders for build and civils projects. * Attend client meetings to build relationships. * Complete tenders on causeway software. * Liaise with clients regarding variations and value engineering to help secure work. * Attend prestart meetings and handover over to the operational team. Company Details * GBP30 million turnover business * Project values from GBP500k to GBP10 million * Family feel and have long-term working relationships. * Work on commercial build projects and civil projects.
