Building surveyor

I am currently recruiting on behalf multi-disciplined contractor who have a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor in their domestic maintenance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveys on all projects. You will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager. The salary is up to GBP50,000 per annum + a company vehicle, fuel card a great benefits package!! Responsibilities: * Carry out assett surveys across all building maintenance projects * Ability to organise manage own diary * Ensure that all reports are reported back to your line manaager. * Carry out asbestos scaffolding inspections * Use of the company CRM System * Be able to liaise with clients .
