This is a small residential home and you will be working as part of a friendly and approachable team. Your Benefits: * Weekly pay with a starting salary of GBP12.50 per hour ndash; reviewed annually * Higher rates for weekends and bank holidays * Free DBS, training and uniforms * Up to 28 paid days holiday per year * Permanent work always available * Pension scheme included * Lots of local work, that can work around your commitments * Plenty of local transport Here rsquo;s what you need to know about this job role: * Assisting with personal care that includes bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding * Promote the principles of Person-Centred Care through your working day * Promote independence and support to your residents whilst maintaining dignity * Engaging in activities with the residents through encouragement * Recording of resident rsquo;s daily activities through paper/electronic logbook * Support with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks * Any other tasks as directed by home manager Requirements for a Night Care Assistant: * Enhanced DBS clearance * Previous experience required * Minimum of 6 months experience About Care Connection: Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection group are suppling local care homes with Care Assistants and Support Workers, and have built an excellent reputation with its clients and across the wider community.
