CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering the Edinburgh region on a mobile basis. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return the company is offering a competitive salary up to GBP38,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key duties Responsibilities: #x25CF; Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) #x25CF; Emergency lighting tests #x25CF; Control Panels #x25CF; Changing Ballast #x25CF; BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot cold) #x25CF; Carry out all aspects of M E/Fabric maintenance #x25CF; Maintain and update Log books #x25CF; To ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance with improving these requirements on a continuous basis. #x25CF; To communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance and technical information required Requirements: #x25CF;Electrically or mechanically qualified - City Guilds Level 2 (Essential) #x25CF; Electrically or mechanically qualified ndash; City and Guilds level 3 (Desirable) #x25CF; Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential) #x25CF; Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates #x25CF; A proven track record in commercial building maintenance #x25CF; Multi-skilled #x25CF; Good communication skills #x25CF; Client Facing Package Information: #x25CF; Basic Salary of up to GBP38,000 #x25CF; Call out #x25CF; 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays #x25CF; Company Van Fuel Card #x25CF; Full company uniform #x25CF; Overtime available (time and half weekdays and Saturday, double time on Sundays) #x25CF; Training and development #x25CF; Gym flex/discount #x25CF; Eye Care = GBP25 towards Eye test and GBP100 towards glasses
